KCU Players Named Pre-Season All-America by Football Gameplan

Recently, the website FOOTBALL GAMEPLAN, which covers the sport at all levels, named their picks for the 2013 NAIA Pre-Season All-America Team. Kentucky Christian University’s program was mentioned in the broadcast announcement, and 2 of KCU’s players were selected for this honor.

Marvin Newkirk III (above, left) is a senior, from South Fork High School in Indiantown, Florida. He is 6’0”, wears #97 for the Knights, and splits time between down tackle and defensive end.

Blake Clowes (above, right) is a junior offensive lineman from Hilliard Darby High School in Hilliard, Ohio. He is 6’2” and wears #74.
