Cross Country Runs at Rio
Each week the KCU cross country adds a new runner to their team. This week they added a female runner, Celeste Goldie. A freshman from North Canton, Ohio, Celeste joined the cross country team with no competitive running experience under her belt. In her first race, ever, Celeste ran really well, finishing #37 out of #49 runners with a time of 31:46.
The three men runners for the Knights are continuing to improve and run strong. Junior, Max Mulikin, running with cracked ribs finished his race in 38:51. Freshman Gavin Krueger ran his race in 33:48 and senior runner Greg Liming finished his in 33:26.
