Men's Basketball at Alice Lloyd College

Knight Basketball traveled to Pippa Passes on Tuesday to take on the Eagles of Alice Lloyd College. In the first half, KCU shot .483, then .433 for the game, and were .762 from the line, while Alice Lloyd shot .480 from the field and .857 from the line. The Knight were down by 3, 42-39, at the half, but were outscored in the second half, 52-42. The final score was Alice Lloyd 94, KCU 82.

The Knights had 4 players in double figures, with junior transfer Tyler Farley scoring 21 on 6 of 12 shooting from the field and 9 points from behind the arc. Sophomore Trevor Hunt and freshman Caleb Ford each dropped in 18, and point guard Dylan Genung had 17 to go with his 7 assists. Ford and junior Ace Puckett each had 8 boards, while Hunt pulled down 6. KCU had 12 turnovers, while forcing only 10. Alice Lloyd was led by Kuron Mitchell with 24 and Cody Stumbo with 19.

On Friday evening, the Knights will host Salem International University.
