Kentucky Christian University Men’s Soccer Signs First 2014 Recruit

Chris McQuistion, a keeper from Lake Center Christian School in Hartville, OH is the first recruit to join the KCU Men's Soccer family for 2014. A goalkeeper, Chris recorded 6 shutouts in his senior season and a 1.10 GPGA average. He was recognized with All-League & All-County honors and named the team's Most Valuable Defensive Player. Chris participated in the GASSCA Senior All-Star game on November 16th. Chris was awarded an Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association All-Ohio Senior Scholar Athlete Award for attaining an accumulative GPA of 3.70 or greater. Chris’s high school coach, Derek Taylor, had this to say about Chris. “If you are looking for student-athletes with Christ-like character and high integrity, I believe Chris will be an asset to your program. He is a hard worker who is committed to continued growth as a player and young man of God.”
