Lady Knight Basketball Signs First 2014-15 Recruit

4.30.2014 | Bath Co. HS -- Owingsville, KY

Lady Knights Basketball Coach Ron Arnett signed the first recruit of the 2014-15 season recently when Bath Co HS Senior Sierra Shae Sparks inked her spot with the currently national #1 program. Shae has been a guard for the Bath Co. (KY) Lady Cat squad over the past few years. In a recent victory over Lexington squad Bryan Station, Shae led her team with 23 points, many of those resulting from her 15 of 19 makes at the free throw line.

Coach Arnett had this to say about his first recruit of the year: "Shae is an outstanding young student athlete with a very good work ethic. Her desire to win and to be her best will put her in good position as she steps onto the college basketball floor. We expect Shae to be a very good player for us and look forward to having her on campus in August. Our first signing of the spring is a great young lady with a heart for the Lord. We could not be more pleased."
